• Renewals and Cancellations: Memberships auto-renew monthly or annually based on your plan. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months or years.
• Membership Plus: Additional terms apply to Membership Plus, including access to past menus and seasonal content. We reserve the right to update the benefits at any time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

If you sign up for Curated Kitchen Collective and find that it’s not a perfect fit, you can cancel your subscription by logging into your User Account and submitting a cancellation request via the provided form.

• Timing of Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Effective Date: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the pre-paid period or, for unpaid trial or free subscriptions, within 7 days of receipt of your cancellation request.
• Confirmation: We will confirm the cancellation of your subscription within 3 business days after receiving your cancellation request.

Refund Policy

At Curated Kitchen Collective, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee according to the terms described below:

• Eligibility: If you cancel your subscription within 7 calendar days of placing your subscription order, you may request a refund for your prepaid fees.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days of receiving your written request.
• Method of Refund: The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Any applicable bank fees or charges will be the sole responsibility of the user.
• Limitations: We reserve the right to reject your refund request if:
• The request pertains to recurring payments already processed.
• Other reasons apply as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
