Once you log into your account, you’ll have access to recipes based on your membership tier: Member can access 1 month’s worth of menus, while Member Plus can explore all previous menus. Each week, we send out a new menu featuring new dinner recipes and a downloadable, customizable shopping list, making it easy to plan and prepare your meals.

2. Do you offer a free trial?

We offer a 7-day free trial. Please read our Terms of Service page.

Our service offers chef-vetted menus that bring together the best recipes from a variety of food bloggers. We take the guesswork out of meal planning by curating diverse, health-conscious recipes into balanced dinner menus, so you don’t have to spend time searching. Plus, our dinner menus include shopping lists designed for convenience and efficiency. 

4. What membership options do you offer?

We offer two membership options:

Standard Membership: $6.99/month or $67/year (save 20%) for access to a month’s worth of diet-friendly menus and shopping lists.

Membership Plus: $10.99/month or $105/year (save 20%) for exclusive access to all previous diet-friendly menus, shopping lists, and seasonal dinner party menus.

5. How do I access the weekly menus and shopping lists?

Log into your account to access your membership benefits. Each week, we release a new menu that includes fresh dinner recipes and a downloadable, customizable shopping list. Depending on your membership tier, you can access either the latest month’s menus (standard membership) or all previous menus (membership plus). Everything is available directly from your member dashboard for easy access.

6. Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Simply log into your account and follow the cancellation process.

7. How can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

In your membership portal, you can select a new membership plan at any time. If you upgrade, your billing will automatically adjust for this month to reflect the new plan. Please note that for downgrades, there is no refund or price adjustment for the current billing cycle.

8. How are the weekly menus curated?

Our menus are curated by a team of private chefs and nutrition experts, not by algorithms or AI. We handpick recipes from various food bloggers, thoroughly test the recipes, and add chef tips to align with our values of diversity, nutrition, and flavor. Each recipe is carefully reviewed and tested by our team to provide a balanced menu that meets the needs of different dietary preferences.

9. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We cater to everyday eaters as well as those following Low-FODMAP, Low-Histamine, AIP, Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Keto, and High-Protein diets. Each menu indicates which entrees meet specific dietary needs. In the chef’s notes, we provide tips on how to adjust ingredients to accommodate various dietary preferences, ensuring that your meals are both delicious and suitable for your lifestyle.

Each weekly menu typically includes four curated dinner options that are diverse, flavorful, and health-conscious.

11. Can I customize the menus or swap out recipes?

The menus are thoughtfully curated to provide variety and balance, so direct customization through our platform isn’t available at this time. However, the recipes we provide often include ingredient substitutions to suit your preferences, simplifying the process and taking the guesswork out of deciding what’s for dinner.

12. What additional benefits come with the Membership Plus plan?

Membership Plus offers exclusive access to all previous diet-friendly menus and shopping lists, as well as seasonal dinner party menus, providing even more variety and inspiration.

13. Are the ingredients used in the recipes easy to find?

Yes, we ensure that the ingredients listed in our shopping lists are commonly found at most grocery stores. If there are any specialty items, we often suggest substitutions to make shopping more convenient.

14. What kind of nutritional guidance do you provide?

While the recipes are curated with a health-conscious approach, we also provide nutrition notes to help you build off each recipe. Our team of chefs and registered dietitians focuses on creating balanced meals that align with various dietary preferences.

15. How do I access my menus if I have trouble logging in?

16. Is there a refund policy for memberships?

We currently do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your membership at any time, and you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
